UPNDO 2025: more people, more movement

In 2025, the Noesis team recorded higher adoption of the UPNDO app, reflecting greater engagement, movement, and connection across talents.

2025 was marked by increased adoption and collective engagement on the UPNDO platform. This journey aligns with the broader recognition of Noesis’ focus on wellbeing, as Great Place To Work® has distinguished it as one of the Best Workplaces Wellbeing™ in Portugal.

Compared to 2024, the total number of users increased by 17%, reaching 269 active employees. This growth was also reflected in activity levels: in 2025, 175% more Energy Points (EPs) were generated than the previous year — the equivalent of three times as many EPs — highlighting a more sustained level of activity throughout the year. In total, the team covered 28,173 km, with higher activity concentrated in the first two quarters.

Throughout the year, three thematic campaigns accompanied different phases of 2025. From March to May, “Grow and Innovate Together” emphasized diversity, equity, and inclusion, supporting initiatives that promote women’s empowerment in technology and digital inclusion, in partnership with Escola 42 and Project Girls 4 Girls. From June to August, “Make an Impact” placed sustainability at the center, linking physical activity to environmental protection causes focused on preserving the planet, wildlife, and forests, in collaboration with QUERCUS and WWF Portugal. In the final months of the year, “Balance, Belong & Enjoy” reinforced the importance of wellbeing and mental health, raising awareness of how to combat isolation and support those facing emotional challenges through SOS Voz Amiga and ManifestaMente

The 2025 results confirm that, since 2023, the UPNDO app has served as a continuous incentive for physical activity, strengthening engagement among Noesis talents, and establishing itself as a unifying element that contributes to a shared sense of progress.
