Lisbon hosted one of the most important moments of the year — the Noesis Kick-Off. Under the theme “Igniting Real Growth”, Noesis’ executive team came together to review 2025 results, define objectives, and align on the organization’s strategic vision for 2026, structured around its five operational pillars: People, Markets, Operations, Marketing, and Management Control.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on 2025, a year marked by several structural changes and a rebranding process that accompanied the evolution of Noesis and the Altia Group. The year was also marked by the achievement of the organization’s revenue and performance targets, maintaining a balanced focus on growth, efficiency, and sustainability.
Reflecting on this journey, CEO Alexandre Rosa highlighted the challenges of the past year and how they prepared the organization for the future. “2025 was a demanding and challenging year, but it delivered positive results for Noesis. We enter 2026 with renewed ambition and a strong focus on continuing to meet our defined objectives, responding to the expectations and targets set for the 2024–2027 four-year period”, he noted.

Throughout 2025, the Data Analytics & AI, IT Operations, Cloud & Security, Quality Management, and DevOps & Automation stood out for their performance and results, supported by consistent execution and the delivery of high-impact projects for clients.
The Kick-Off also presented Noesis’ objectives and mission for 2026. The strategy for the coming year focuses on maintaining the growth trajectory of recent years while continuing to prioritize international markets as a primary driver of that growth.
The meeting also introduced organizational updates designed to support the 2026 strategy. In Application Development, the services offering was restructured to bring together a broader portfolio including AI-powered Low-Code, Custom Development, UX/UI, Digital Experience Platforms, CRM, and the full Microsoft application stack, enabling a more integrated approach aligned with market and client needs. Internationally, the strategy reinforces a stronger focus on the Nordic region and the Middle East to expand Noesis’ presence further beyond Portugal.

With this vision, Noesis enters 2026 with a clearly defined strategy, well-established priorities, and an aligned leadership team, ready to execute its objectives and address the challenges of this new cycle.
The Kick-Off has been given for a year, focused on execution, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
