Noesis at OpenText Summit Benelux 2026

An event dedicated to sharing practical approaches and advances in IT Service Management

Noesis will participate in the OpenText Summit Benelux 2026, taking place on March 5 in Rotterdam, an event focused on digital transformation and the evolution of IT Service Management (ITSM).

As organizations operate within increasingly complex technology ecosystems — with multiple platforms, distributed teams, and rising expectations for fast and reliable digital services — ITSM plays a central role in ensuring operational continuity, reducing organizational friction, and enabling real-time decision-making.

In partnership with OpenText, Noesis will share its perspective on transforming ITSM into a strategic, data-driven capability aligned with business needs. The approach emphasizes practical, integration-focused implementation, enabling organizations to achieve results within months while maintaining scalability and long-term adaptability.

Key topics to be explored during the event include end-to-end service lifecycle alignment across incidents, changes, configurations, and asset management. The importance of accurate CMDBs — centralized repositories that document IT assets, relationships, and dependencies — will also be highlighted to enhance visibility and support data-driven decision-making, as well as to integrate ITSM with existing enterprise platforms and business processes.

Automation-by-design will be another central theme, helping reduce repetitive tasks and improve operational consistency. Expected outcomes include greater service continuity and reliability, increased resilience, and reduced risk and downtime.

OpenText Summit Benelux 2026 will provide an opportunity to explore practical approaches to modernizing ITSM and understand how organizations can evolve from reactive models to proactive, business-driven capabilities.
