Held on April 16 at The Ritz-Carlton in Boston, the event was organized in partnership with OutSystems and brought together C-level executives and senior leaders from technology, innovation, and digital transformation across industries, including healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, and insurance.
The session opened with welcoming remarks from Demitri Voyiatzis, Account Executive at Noesis, who set the stage for a discussion centered on the transition from experimentation to enterprise-scale AI implementation, in a context increasingly shaped by governance, integration, and business alignment requirements.
Throughout the panel discussion, moderated by Juan Ramirez, Senior Solution Architect at OutSystems, João Moreira, OutSystems Solutions Architect at Noesis, and Radha Kuchibhotla, Lead Director, AI Solutions at CVS Health, shared insights into the key challenges organizations face when adopting Agentic AI.
The conversation highlighted some of the most common barriers to this journey, including data fragmentation, integration challenges with legacy systems, and the lack of clear frameworks for measuring the impact of AI initiatives. It also became evident that many organizations continue to struggle with moving from pilot projects to operational solutions capable of delivering sustained business value. Added to this is a frequently underestimated requirement: ensuring AI agents operate with a deep understanding of the architectures, data, and dependencies that characterize enterprise environments.
In a particularly demanding landscape — especially across regulated industries — the discussion also explored the balance between rapid experimentation and the need to ensure trust, transparency, and control. The adoption of robust governance models and well-defined architectures emerged as critical factors for effective and scalable implementation, aligned with the Agentic Systems Engineering principles promoted by OutSystems.
The discussion also addressed the evolving role of teams and leadership as AI agents increasingly support decision-making and execution processes, highlighting the importance of developing new skills and collaboration models between people and technology.
The event concluded with a reflection on what distinguishes organizations capable of scaling Agentic AI adoption from those stuck in continuous experimentation, emphasizing the importance of strong foundations, strategic alignment, and a clear focus on business value.
