On January 30, Hugo Ferreira, Process Mining Expert at Noesis, participated in IBM Talks – Process Optimization through Modeling and IBM Process Mining, an online session dedicated to continuous business process improvement using IBM solutions.
The talk focused on the potential of Process Mining, an approach that transforms real system data into reliable process models. By providing visibility into the actual flow of operations — including time, cost, rework, and process variants — this technology helps identify improvement opportunities and achieve measurable results, enhanced by Artificial Intelligence.
Throughout the session, strategies to accelerate processes, increase operational efficiency, and transform analysis into concrete action were discussed, with practical cases demonstrating the tangible benefits of IBM technology in creating value for organizations.
During his presentation, Hugo Ferreira conducted a live demonstration of IBM’s Process Mining solution, walking through the key stages of implementation, from data ingestion and configuration to the automatic discovery of real process flows. Advanced analytics capabilities were also highlighted, including fully customizable dashboards and preconfigured templates that streamline analysis, as well as the Action Hub, prescriptive analytics, and scenario simulation (What If) modules, which help anticipate impacts and support more informed decision-making.
Noesis’ participation in this initiative reinforces its positioning in data-driven process optimization, supporting organizations in evolving toward more agile, informed, and results-oriented operating models.
