On September 10, Noesis hosted a breakfast session at its Rotterdam office, in partnership with C. Steinweg and OutSystems, bringing together professionals from the Transportation and Logistics sector to discuss the potential of Agentic AI and its applications in business environments.
The morning featured a panel discussion, a practical use case presented by C. Steinweg, and insights into how Artificial Intelligence can contribute to business. Throughout the discussion, participants highlighted the importance of identifying specific challenges and understanding how AI can help improve processes, reduce repetitive tasks, support decision-making, and enhance the customer experience. The conversation also addressed the need to define clear objectives and metrics to evaluate results and measure the technology’s impact on existing processes.
However, adopting these technologies requires more than just a technological solution. Data, processes, governance, and team readiness are essential to successful implementation. In this context, participants emphasized the importance of starting with specific use cases, validating their potential, and gradually scaling solutions that demonstrate tangible results, creating the right conditions for broader adoption.
The collaboration between Noesis and C. Steinweg has already led to technology projects in the logistics sector, including SOLAR, a platform developed with OutSystems that enables standardized goods management across the company’s different locations. During the session, the two companies also presented a joint AI project that supports product and supplier selection by analyzing information and comparing different alternatives, while keeping the final decision in the hands of the teams.
The session concluded with a discussion on what can set organizations apart in a context where access to the same AI models is becoming increasingly widespread. Beyond the technology itself, differentiation will depend on each organization’s ability to apply these tools to its specific processes, data, and challenges.
For Noesis, the event reinforced the importance of a pragmatic approach to Agentic AI, focused on organizational needs and concrete implementation opportunities.
