Noesis participated as a Gold Partner at IBM Connect Évora, held on June 25–26, one of Portugal's leading events in the IBM ecosystem. The conference brought together customers, partners, and industry experts to explore the latest trends in Artificial Intelligence, Data, Automation, and Cloud, fostering knowledge sharing and real-world digital transformation success stories.
Throughout the two-day event, Noesis delivered three technical sessions demonstrating how organizations can gain greater visibility into their operations, optimize business processes, and make more informed decisions using IBM technologies.
In the session "IBM Cloudability: The New Era of AI-powered FinOps", Hugo Silva, Head of Cloud, Datacenter & Automation, and Marco Carvalho, Cloud & FinOps Specialist, explored the evolution of FinOps in an AI-driven landscape. The presentation highlighted how IBM Cloudability enables organizations to transform cloud financial management through automated cost analysis, intelligent usage forecasting, anomaly detection, and continuous cost optimization.
In "Process Mining: Know Your Processes", Hugo Ferreira, Process Mining Expert at Noesis, demonstrated how organizations can leverage their own data to gain complete visibility into their business processes. The session showcased how IBM Process Mining supports automated process discovery, identifies operational inefficiencies, enables continuous process monitoring, and simulates improvement scenarios to accelerate automation initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
Finally, Carlos Lisboa, Data Analytics & AI Associate Director, presented "Accelerate your Data Operations with Pipeline Observability", a session focused on the challenges of data quality and reliability. Using IBM Databand, he demonstrated how pipeline observability enables organizations to monitor data pipelines continuously, automatically identify root causes of incidents, anticipate failures, and ensure trusted data for analytics and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
Noesis' participation at IBM Connect Évora reinforced its strategic collaboration with IBM. It highlighted the company's expertise in helping organizations adopt advanced solutions across Cloud, FinOps, Process Mining, and Data Analytics.
