Noesis recognized as a Best Workplace in Wellbeing™ 2025


This recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to employee wellbeing, recognition, and development.

After being recognized as a Best Workplace in Portugal for the first time in the company’s history, and later being named a Best Workplace in Europe, Noesis has once again been distinguished as a Best Workplace in Wellbeing™, reinforcing our commitment to #teamnoesis’ wellbeing, recognition, and personal and professional development.

At Noesis, employee wellbeing is a priority. As part of its strategic pillars, the company has implemented a range of initiatives to promote physical and mental health, while also strengthening social responsibility.

Mental Health – We promote emotional wellbeing through awareness sessions and ongoing training, organized in partnership with recognized specialists. Topics include warning signs, risk factors, coping strategies, stress management, and burnout prevention. We also support mental health organizations, reinforcing our commitment to social causes. Additionally, our internal development program, Noesis Academy, offers sessions focused on emotional health, breathing techniques, resilience building, and anxiety prevention, fostering a culture that balances mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.

Physical Wellbeing – We provide comprehensive health coverage, including medical consultations, psychological support, and nutritional guidance. Healthy lifestyle habits are encouraged through regular initiatives, such as weekly fruit at the workplace, office massages, and team sports events. Activities include padel tournaments, surfing, and hiking combined with social responsibility efforts like beach cleanups and walks with shelter dogs. We also promote participation in charity runs and maintain partnerships that convert employees’ physical activity into donations for social causes.

Financial Health – We offer specialized training in personal finance and credit management through our internal academy and partnerships with financial experts. This equips our employees to manage their finances effectively and develop skills that provide greater economic stability and independence.

Parental SupportNoesis supports employees who become parents with a “Baby Kit”, a set of products for newborns, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing both practical and emotional support.

Recognition and Development – Noesis celebrates career milestones and conducts regular performance evaluations, acknowledging employee dedication. Continuous development is promoted through the Noesis Academy and the Udemy platform, providing access to diverse training programs and a wide range of skill development opportunities.
