From Concept to Action: Low-Code & AI Innovation

In an era where speed drives success, low-code platforms and artificial intelligence are reshaping the way companies innovate and develop applications

Amid the pressure to launch new products and modernize legacy systems, balancing agility with technological governance has become one of the primary challenges for digital leaders.

Against this backdrop, Noesis and OutSystems hosted an Executive Roundtable Dinner on October 7 in Boston, under the theme “From Idea to Impact: Accelerating Innovation with Low-Code and AI.”

Ricardo Rocha, Managing Director, North America at Noesis, opened the session and introduced the discussion, moderated by Shani Fargun, AI Digital Healthcare Expert. The session featured Kyle Dumont, Senior Director of Digital Transformation and User Experience at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP; Luis Giraldo, VP Partner & Alliances at OutSystems; and Santiago Ibanez, GenAI Lead at MAPFRE. Each shared insights and practical examples from their organizations’ digital transformation journeys, illustrating how low-code and generative AI can drive measurable results.

Focusing on the central question how to turn ideas into solutions with the agility the market demands the discussion examined the role of low-code platforms and generative AI as key enablers of digital transformation. These technologies are helping organizations accelerate innovation, modernize legacy systems, and deliver high-value applications while maintaining governance and security.

Under the theme Build Fast, Deliver Bold,” the discussion highlighted real-world examples of companies accelerating application development and drastically shortening time-to-value. Strategies for integrating low-code platforms with core systems were also addressed, demonstrating how innovation can scale effectively without disrupting operational continuity.

Generative AI was a central point of focus, with participants exploring how it can automate complex tasks, enhance developer productivity, and support the creation of adaptive, intelligent applications. The consensus was clear: technology alone is not sufficient. Sustainable transformation requires strategic partnerships that combine business vision with technical capability.

More than an executive dinner, the Boston gathering provided a forum for senior leaders to exchange ideas and approaches for innovating quickly while generating meaningful business impact. The session underscored that low-code and AI are no longer emerging trends — they are now core drivers of enterprise innovation and operational agility.
