Noesis Attended OpenText Solutions Day

The event brought together professionals and experts to discuss how OpenText solutions support information management, automation, cloud, and AI.

Noesis attended the OpenText Solutions Day Lisbon 2026, which took place on January 22 at the Hotel SANA Metropolitan in Lisbon. The event brought together professionals, partners, and experts to discuss the role of OpenText solutions in information management, automation, cloud, and Artificial Intelligence, with a strong focus on creating business value.

The starting point of the event was a central question: what if the power of information could evolve at the same pace as organizations? Throughout the day, this reflection provided the foundation for exploring how information can adapt to business priorities, local challenges, and strategic opportunities, playing a decisive role in an organization’s ability to lead in the digital era.

The agenda of the OpenText Solutions Day Lisbon 2026 included sessions dedicated to enterprise content management, information services, hybrid and multicloud environments, as well as the application of Artificial Intelligence in data analysis. Through practical examples, live demonstrations, and success stories, participants gained insights into how to optimize processes, strengthen information governance, and improve overall operational efficiency.

As an OpenText partner, Noesis was present at the event with an approach focused on visibility and control across IT environments, supporting organizations in modernizing their operations through IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions

The event experience was also highlighted by Marcos Lima, from Noesis’ IT Operations, Cloud & Security area, who noted that “the OpenText Solutions Day confirmed a clear evolution in Service Management, which is moving away from a predominantly reactive approach toward a more predictive model, supported by data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence. For Noesis, this approach reinforces our commitment to modernizing ITSM/ESM, reducing response times, and delivering more consistent, measurable, and user-experience-driven services.”

The OpenText Solutions Day Lisbon 2026 also provided opportunities for networking and experience sharing, fostering knowledge exchange among participants. With this initiative, OpenText reinforced its commitment to helping organizations unlock the value of their information, keeping pace with technological evolution and the demands of an increasingly data-driven market.
