Noesis participated in IBM Technology Summit 2026 in Lisbon as a Silver Sponsor. Held on October 13, the event brought together technology leaders, experts, and partners to discuss the opportunities and challenges of adopting artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions. Guests included Paulo Portas, João Rui Ferreira, Portugal’s Secretary of State for the Economy, comedian Joana Marques, and journalist Clara de Sousa.
The IBM sessions explored the opportunities technology creates and the challenges organizations face when scaling its adoption. Intelligent automation and operational optimization were key topics, highlighting their potential to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and free up resources for developing new solutions. Turning this potential into tangible results requires integrating these technologies into existing business processes and measuring their impact.
AI governance was another central theme, with a focus on data quality, tool performance monitoring, and security. Sustainable adoption requires clear rules, defined responsibilities, and mechanisms to identify and manage risks.
The event also addressed whether infrastructure can support AI applications at scale. As these technologies expand across organizations, system reliability and resilience become essential to maintaining business continuity and sustaining innovation.
Noesis’ participation provided an opportunity to connect with industry professionals and exchange perspectives on technology's role in business growth, further strengthening the company’s ties with the IBM ecosystem.
Earlier this year, IBM also recognized Noesis as Automation Platform Partner of the Year at the IBM Partner Ecosystem Summit Portugal 2026. The award recognizes Noesis’ work in automation and its contribution to organizations' digital transformation.
