ONE 2026: DHL and Noesis Win Innovation Award

DHL Supply Chain and Noesis were recognized at the OutSystems Innovation Awards 2026 for the development of an Agentic AI project

DHL Supply Chain received the Agentic Pioneer Award at the OutSystems Innovation Awards 2026, an initiative that recognizes organizations leading the adoption of Agentic AI and transforming innovation into tangible business impact. The award was presented during ONE Conference 2026, OutSystems’ biggest global event, held in Amsterdam.

The recognition highlights DHL Supply Chain’s work in modernizing and optimizing business processes using the OutSystems platform. To support this strategy, the organization partnered with Noesis, which played a key role in implementing and evolving the solutions behind this international achievement.

The OutSystems Innovation Awards celebrate organizations that move beyond experimentation by applying Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Application Development to solve real business challenges. The 2026 edition recognized companies across multiple industries that are demonstrating how agentic systems can deliver measurable gains in efficiency, productivity, and innovation.

At DHL Supply Chain, the OutSystems platform was used to develop applications supporting new project approvals, contract lifecycle management, and pricing processes, helping standardize complex global operations while maintaining the flexibility required to meet customer-specific needs. As part of its AI adoption journey, the company also developed an AI-powered log analysis agent using OutSystems Agent Workbench. Built in just five days, the solution automatically analyzes platform logs, identifies critical issues, and alerts engineering teams, delivering an estimated annual saving of up to 1,640 working hours.

This award recognizes an approach we have been building as an OutSystems partner: solving real operational challenges through technology that delivers measurable value quickly. The project developed with DHL Supply Chain demonstrates what can be achieved when deep platform expertise is combined with a true partnership,” said Conor Bartley.

The project stood out for demonstrating how Agentic AI can generate immediate and measurable value in complex enterprise environments, combining automation, operational intelligence, and efficiency at global scale.

This recognition highlights not only DHL Supply Chain’s ability to turn innovation into tangible business outcomes, but also the value of collaboration between business and technology teams in driving Agentic AI adoption. For Noesis, the award reinforces its ability to help clients transform ambition into measurable results.
