Noesis Achieves Record Revenue in 2025

Noesis achieved record revenue of €82 million, driven by consistent growth, international expansion, operational efficiency, and the successful execution of its strategic plan

Noesis, the international technology consulting company, reached a new milestone in its growth journey in 2025, achieving a record revenue of €82 million and surpassing the €80 million mark for the first time. This result represents an 8.6% increase over 2024, maintaining the consistent growth trajectory observed in recent years.

Consolidated EBITDA reached €7.3 million, reflecting a highly positive evolution compared to the previous year. Net profit achieved a record €5.3 million, highlighting the organization’s increased focus on profitability and its ability to generate sustainable value over time.

Portugal remains the company’s largest market, exceeding the targets set and continuing to make a significant contribution to overall revenue. Internationally, Noesis maintained a positive trajectory, with overseas operations accounting for approximately 35% of total revenue, reflecting the consistency of its expansion strategy and the growing relevance of international markets.

“2025 results reflect an increasingly mature organization, focused on execution and committed to creating sustainable value. In a challenging environment, we maintained strong performance through disciplined management and a clear prioritization of our strategic initiatives. This progress reinforces our confidence in Noesis’ ability to continue evolving consistently while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, and the achievement of the objectives defined for the current strategic cycle,” said Luís Castro, CFO of Noesis.

Among the key milestones of 2025 was the strengthening of Noesis’ presence in Portugal through the opening of two new offices in Guarda and Castelo Branco. This investment is part of the company’s strategy to decentralize its competence centers, attract talent, and further enhance its ability to serve both national and international clients.

From a financial perspective, the company strengthened its financial autonomy ratio to 22.8%, while its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio improved to -0.87, demonstrating a solid financial position. Talent remained a strategic priority throughout 2025, with Noesis expanding its workforce to more than 1.300 employees worldwide, including approximately 1.200 in Portugal.

“If 2024 marked the beginning of our new strategic cycle (2024–2027), 2025 was clearly a key year in delivering it. It was a year defined by execution, discipline, and rigor, in which Noesis confirmed its ability to grow sustainably while strengthening results and consolidating its market position. Reaching a new revenue record and surpassing the €80 million milestone reinforces our confidence in the path ahead as we remain focused on achieving our goal of exceeding €100 million in revenue by 2027,” said Alexandre Rosa, CEO of Noesis.

Noesis also continued to stand out as an employer of choice, recognized by Great Place to Work as one of the best companies to work for in Portugal. With these results, the company reinforces its confidence in the strategy it has defined and remains focused on executing its strategic plan to achieve its 2027 objectives.
