Noesis created its new Design Thinking Center in Rotterdam, an initiative designed to help organizations address complex business and technology challenges through collaborative workshops and Design Thinking methodologies.
At a time when speed, adaptability, and innovation are increasingly critical, the Design Thinking Center was created to help organizations turn ideas into tangible outcomes. The initiative promotes co-creation sessions where business and IT stakeholders work together to explore challenges, align perspectives, and focus on real use cases.
Based on Design Thinking principles, the program aims to create a shared vision across different teams and areas of expertise, ensuring alignment around priorities, constraints, and common objectives. This approach is complemented by deep technical expertise, enabling innovative ideas to be transformed into solutions that can be effectively implemented within existing systems and processes.
More than just an ideation space, the Design Thinking Center was developed to support organizations in defining clear and actionable roadmaps. Each session is designed to identify high-impact opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and prioritize initiatives based on value and complexity, creating a strong foundation for proofs-of-concepts (POCs), MVPs, or future development phases.
The Design Thinking Center currently offers several specialized programs designed to address different technological and operational challenges:
- Build a Data Maturity & Governance Roadmap: Assessment of data maturity and definition of a roadmap aligned with business objectives, helping improve data quality, ownership, and operational trust.
- Setup of a Security Operations Center (SOC): Creation of a structured vision for security operations, covering governance, processes, technology, and operational structure.
- Modernize your Application & ERP Environment: Identification of application and ERP modernization opportunities, promoting greater agility without requiring full system replacement.
- Sustainable Procurement & ESG Reporting: Development of strategies to integrate ESG goals into procurement and supply chain processes through technologies such as analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Testing and Quality within Development Operations: Assessment of current quality and testing practices, identifying improvement opportunities in automation, coverage, and delivery efficiency.
- Create an AI Agent: Exploration of Agentic AI integration into operational workflows, decision support, and customer interaction, with a focus on governance, scalability, and responsible adoption.
With this initiative, Noesis reinforces its commitment to collaborative innovation and to developing solutions with real impact, helping organizations accelerate transformation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
