

CSIRT Noesis is Noesis Portugal's Computer Security Incident Response Team, responsible for preventing, detecting, coordinating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
Operating 24/7 from Portugal, the team handles incidents affecting the Noesis Group's systems, networks, applications, and users. As part of its participation in national and European cybersecurity cooperation networks, CSIRT Noesis collaborates with other incident response teams and relevant authorities and, under contractual agreements, also provides incident response services to external organizations.
CSIRT Noesis operates in accordance with the principles set out in RFC 2350 and follows the incident classification framework defined by Portugal's National Cybersecurity Centre (CNCS). In its external communications, the team applies the Traffic Light Protocol (TLP) to ensure the appropriate handling and sharing of sensitive information.
