Noesis strengthens its commitment to innovation and diversity by becoming, for the first time, an official sponsor of Technovation Girls Portugal 2025. This global competition, organized in Portugal by Happy Code, aims to empower girls aged 8 to 18 in technology and entrepreneurship, encouraging them to develop innovative solutions for current global challenges.
In addition to once again participating in the event, Noesis actively supports the initiative by offering an exclusive workshop for 12 children of its employees, as part of the #teamnoesis kids program. This action reflects our commitment to promoting inclusion and sparking interest in technology among younger generations.
Technovation Girls is one of the world's most important technology education programs. In the previous edition, around 400 girls and 100 mentors in Portugal participated, developing 68 tech entrepreneurship projects, showcasing the initiative's positive impact.
Supporting Technovation Girls means contributing to female empowerment, providing girls with the opportunity to develop essential skills for the future, such as programming, critical thinking, communication, project management, and teamwork. Additionally, it fosters innovation and entrepreneurship, encouraging the creation of technological solutions that can generate social and economic impact. This initiative also promotes gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, preparing these young women to lead the future.
Registrations are now open, and there are several ways to participate. Students can form teams, identify a problem, and create a technological solution, while mentors can volunteer their time and expertise to support participants in developing their projects.
With this partnership, Noesis reinforces its commitment to education, innovation, and gender equality in the technology sector.
