Noesis took part in the “Dhofar Forum for Health Digital Transformation”, organized by the Ministry of Health of Oman, at the invitation of its local partner Ankaa Space Technologies. Alberto Jorge Ferreira, Middle East & Asia Managing Director at Noesis, attended the forum, reinforcing the company’s positioning in the Middle East and its commitment to supporting the technological and sustainable modernization of Oman’s public sector.
This participation is part of the strategic collaboration with Ankaa — a company at the forefront of space and aviation technology — through which Noesis was selected to provide specialized training and technical support in Low-Code and No-Code to the Ministry of Health. The partnership also aims to extend digital transformation initiatives to other government entities, including the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology (MTCIT), the Royal Police, and the Oman Airport, while simultaneously fostering the development of local expertise.
The forum’s main objectives included promoting cooperation and knowledge sharing in digital healthcare transformation, exploring the latest global technologies and experiences, and anticipating future challenges to develop innovative strategies that ensure high-quality digital healthcare services, in alignment with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
“It was interesting to see the Ministry of Health’s strong commitment to the digital transformation of the healthcare sector in Oman, with several initiatives running in parallel to provide citizens with broader and higher-quality health services,” said Alberto Jorge Ferreira.
The forum brought together administrative, medical, and nursing professionals from military and security institutions, as well as representatives from the private sector, creating a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge among key stakeholders in healthcare.
