Noesis and PWN Lisbon Join Forces to Advance Gender Diversity in Tech

A strategic partnership to promote inclusion, equal opportunities, and female leadership in the technology sector

Noesis and PWN Lisbon have officially formed a partnership to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in the technology sector. This collaboration aligns the strategic visions of both organizations, allowing them to share synergies and initiatives aimed at creating a more equitable and accessible tech industry for everyone.

The partnership is part of PWN Lisbon’s broader strategic vision for advancing corporate diversity and equality of opportunities. By connecting with business partners, private companies, public institutions, and other key organizations, PWN Lisbon continues to strengthen its network. This network, which includes both national and international players, now also includes Noesis, expanding its influence across strategic sectors of society and contributing to the diversity that defines Portugal’s business landscape.

As part of the collaboration, Noesis will engage in several of PWN Lisbon’s flagship programs, such as Neuroleadership, Mentoring, and Youth, in addition to role model initiatives, training, and networking opportunities. In return, PWN Lisbon will integrate Noesis-led strategic initiatives, benefiting from shared resources and spaces that help both organizations advance their goals of promoting gender equality and empowerment in the tech industry.

Sandra Martins, Marketing & Communication Manager at Noesis, expressed the company’s commitment to supporting women in the tech sector: “We are dedicated to investing in our women, encouraging them to become leaders and take on new challenges. We believe our Women in Tech will gain invaluable resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities through PWN Lisbon, all crucial for their personal and professional growth.”

Sandra Mateus, Board Member at PWN Lisbon, emphasized the impact of such partnerships: “Every collaboration we establish acts as a catalyst for change, impacting not only the employees of the partner organization but also PWN Lisbon members and society as a whole. In the tech sector, where women in leadership roles remain a minority, meaningful change requires collaboration from multiple industry players.”

Through this partnership, PWN Lisbon and Noesis are taking significant steps toward a more inclusive and equitable future for women in technology, reinforcing their shared vision for a more diverse and balanced sector.
