The first major milestone of the year has been set!
On January 24th, Kick-Off 2025 brought Noesis' entire management team together in Cascais to reflect on the journey so far and outline the challenges ahead.
The year 2024 confirmed Noesis’ strong performance across different markets, both nationally and internationally. During the session, the company presented its achievements, business goals for the coming years, and its strategic vision, built upon five operational pillars – People, Markets, Operations, Marketing, and Management Control.
Under the theme Innovate, Lead, Inspire, this kick-off reaffirmed Noesis’ commitment to consolidating past successes and elevating the quality of its work.
A Vision for the Future
During the morning session, the Noesis Executive Committee shared key insights, the results from the past year, and the strategic direction set for 2025.
"Congratulations to us all!" – this was how Luís Castro, CFO, began his presentation on Noesis’ financial performance in 2024, highlighting sustained growth and achieving the objectives set the previous year.
Nelson Pereira, CTO, addressed the growing complexity of technological challenges and the interconnectivity between different IT fields as a key success factor for digital transformation within organizations. He emphasized that "technology is the means, but people are the driving force behind innovation."
Finally, Alexandre Rosa, CEO, defined the priorities for this new cycle, based on the Drivers of Success for 2025 – Efficiency, Proximity, Rigor, and Reporting. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a culture of excellence and staying close to clients: "We are aligned and growing, but growth demands more. We need to do well and do even better."
An Afternoon of Inspiration and Collaboration
To give our talents a voice, we hosted the "Shaping The Future" session – a unique, collaborative experience led by Professor Pedro Celeste, focused on the future and discussing key topics for both the organization and the market.
Renewed Energy and Commitment
The event ended with a wave of enthusiasm, reinforcing our team’s sense of unity and commitment. We left feeling more energized, focused, and ready to take on the challenges of the new year.
