At Noesis, team building is not just about bonding; it is about giving back. That is why we partnered with Casa dos Animais de Lisboa, at Monsanto, for a meaningful day that left us inspired and smiling. We spent the day walking shelter dogs, giving them exercise and love. Their wagging tails and joyful energy reminded us of the happiness small acts of kindness can bring, both to them and to us.
Walking the dogs together turned out to be a perfect team-building activity. It allowed us to connect with colleagues in a relaxed, outdoor setting while working toward a shared goal: making the dogs’ day brighter. The experience fostered camaraderie and strengthened our sense of unity, carrying over into our work relationships.
To make our efforts even more impactful, Noesis also made a donation to Casa dos Animais de Lisboa with the donation of several sweets and treats to support their ongoing efforts in rescuing and rehoming dogs.
