IDC Directions 2024 was a landmark event, bringing together innovative industry professionals to share solutions and exchange transformative ideas! Event highlight: Artificial Intelligence in Customer Experience
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation by our Director of Enterprise Solutions, Rodolfo Pereira. In his talk, the speaker explained how to conquer the top of the customer experience with a winning Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. His presentation generated great interest and provided an enriching debate on the importance of AI in personalizing and optimizing services, which are fundamental for companies that want to stand out in the market.

The Noesis booth was one of the highlights of the event, where the “Go the extra mile in Customer Experience” concept attracted visitors with a combination of innovation, interaction and fun!
One of the main attractions was the virtual Wheel of Fortune, where participants could test their luck and win exclusive prizes related to this sportier theme. Among the giveaways we could find cell phone pouches ideal for use during races, sports cuffs, a waist bag and a cleaning kit for PCs and headphones.
In addition, to add a healthy touch to this sports brand activation, we highlighted Science in Sport's protein cakes, a nutritious option for those looking to “Step into the CX Podium”.
