One of the main pillars of Noesis' organizational culture is Sustainability, which is why we are very proud to announce that our company has joined GRACE, a leading association in Portugal that works in the areas of Social Responsibility and Sustainability, with the mission of helping organizations worldwide to implement good practices for sustainable growth.
Joining GRACE is a way of reinforcing our commitment to the principles of Sustainability in its various dimensions (ESG - Environmental, Social, and Governance), which are increasingly present in our company and all the initiatives we take part in and organize. The employees themselves consider Sustainability to be one of the most important issues in the organization, which is why the company has been working to meet the expectations of not only the talent but also the community. We want to make a difference in society and collaborate daily with our partners and clients so that our solutions contribute to a better society.
