Lisbon, April 3, 2018 - Noesis, the leading Portuguese technology consultant, reached a record turnover of 31.5 million euros in 2017. This result represents an 11% growth, which proves the consistency and perceived quality of the organization's products and services, as well as the assertiveness and relevance of its offer and the bet on human capital as a fundamental pillar of the company's development.
The results obtained also convey the growth in international markets in which the organization operates, already representing 7 million of the global turnover. The opening of the new office in Boston, in the United States of America, as well as the presence of Noesis in global forums dedicated to quality in software development, has reinforced the organization's growing commitment to the most competitive and demanding international markets.
The growth recorded is also the result of the consolidation of investments made in the Center of Development, which operates in an off-site regime and supports the international business, in either nearshore or offshore models, and includes specialists in OutSystems, Mobile, Portals and Quality Management, among other technologies.
The different business units of Noesis registered solid growth in 2017, notably the Infrastructure Services division, with a special focus on Automation, Cloud and Data Protection services. The quality and solidity of the company's skills in this area resulted in its recognition as partner of the year for Fujitsu. Additionally, the operation in Rotterdam and, more recently, in Boston, for Agile development, will allow it to continue implementing digital transformation projects using the OutSystems platform, for customers worldwide. The fact that Noesis was a pioneer in using the Low-Code platform also resulted in the highest distinction recognized by OutSystems - Portuguese Partner of the Year2017.

Currently, the consultant has 700 employees, working in three offices in Portugal - Lisbon, Porto and Coimbra - and four abroad: Belgium, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands and the United States of America, which ensure the adequate response to the challenges of its customers, either in Portugal or in international markets. In addition, it expects, throughout 2018, to hire 100 more talents.
The company expects to achieve 11% growth again this year, and to reinforce investment in priority areas: continuous innovation in its offer and the establishment of new partnerships, as well as strengthening its international presence.
