As a response to EDP’s delays in processing internal requests, Noesis developed a mobile app on OutSystems 10 (cloud version). With EDP Approve, back-end systems send all new requests to OutSystems servers, which the app then synchronizes with. Managers then approve or reject new requests on their smartphones.
