Social responsibility is an integral part of Noesis culture and strategy, as it generates value for the whole community: our talents, partners, clients, suppliers, stakeholders and society.

Sustainable Employment Creation
One of the pillars of Noesis is the creation of sustainable employment opportunities and long-term relationships, which translates into low levels of employee turnover. The Noesis Academy is one of the company's initiatives that promotes the ongoing training of talents in topics related to professional and personal fulfillment, contributing to continuously improve their performance in all processes.

Approach to the University Community
In order to keep our focus on the continuous innovation of our offer, we have a constant concern with research and sustainability. The office in Coimbra is in the Pedro Nunes Institute, contributing to stimulate the incubation activity of IPN's technological base. We support initiatives that bring the organization closer to academia, such as the GMC, Pitch Bootcamp, Job Pitch Challenge, TEDxULisboa or City Hack. We also participate in initiatives that contribute to greater gender diversity in STEM courses, such as Girls in Tech and the Portuguese Women in Tech Hackathon.

Social Solidarity
We participate regularly in social solidarity actions. Whenever possible, we donate computer equipment and office supplies and participate in fundraising activities. We disseminate social initiatives to all employees so they can play a more active role in the community. We support "Portugal Não Pára" initiative that aims to help small and medium-sized enterprises that are taking their first steps in remote working.

Collaboration in Research
We collaborate financially with several research projects. An example of this is our support for a scientific expedition to collect biological samples of butterflies.
