In 2023, Noesis joined UPNDO, a company committed to implementing healthy habits in organizations, encouraging employees to unite and move for the greater good. Since then, we have participated in several initiatives that strengthen social responsibility and the connection between our talents.
After a campaign focused on Digital Inclusion, the second challenge reinforced our commitment to responsibility and care for our planet's biodiversity. The World Nature campaign, which took place between April and June, allowed us to support two NGOs — Ocean Alive and the League for the Protection of Nature (LPN) — dedicated to conserving the oceans and nature and reducing carbon emissions. Over these three months, we've covered 7540 thousand kilometers.
Now it's time for the third campaign of the year - Mental Health - where, until the end of September, we'll be walking, running, or cycling to support two other mental health NGOs: AlertaMente: Associação Nacional para a Saúde Mental, founded in 2018, whose main objective is to raise awareness, fight stigma and provide financial support to the mental health area, and Associação Mais Proximidade, which has been battling loneliness and isolation for more than 120 senior residents in Lisbon since 2006.
